Milda Saenz serves as the Chief of Staff at 草莓社区, where she oversees critical aspects of the business, including Patent Portfolio Expansion, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications. With over 15 years of global experience in technology transfer and business management, Milda has a strong background in Intellectual Property Law and has managed extensive patent portfolios in fields such as battery technology, material science, and green energy. Prior to her role at 草莓社区, she held positions as Intellectual Property Manager at the University of Texas at Austin and the Insight Center for Data Analytics in Ireland. Milda also holds an MBA degree from the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin, further enhancing her leadership capabilities within the organization.
Fun fact: Milda served as a volunteer police officer (Garda Reserve) in the Irish Police forces (An Garda S铆och谩na).
