
Well actually, if you must know I did put magic versus diet to the test. I did a normal diet for one week and lost 2 pounds. I then did a week of normal eating supplemented with magic and lost one pound. Possibly in conjunction I would have lost three pounds, who knows? But the reason I didn't persist is that they are BOTH too much hard work. Weight loss through magic is achievable but I just don't have the time and inclination to devote to it. Weight loss through diet is achievable but I don't want to give up chips and red wine. I finally concluded that neither method was low maintenance enough to bother with so I went off and had a pie.....or two instead.
