ANSWER - I'd certainly concur that with the gifts you possess and the energy that other people seem to pick up on that you bear the hallmark of being an instinctive witch. Of course intuition and a certain degree of precognition do not necessarily imply an affinity with witchcraft, being a witch is more about what you choose to practise than what you are (so to speak) but your skills would certainly suggest that should you choose to study the craft you will likely have an aptitude for doing so and you will probably feel it to be a path that works well for you.
Why not find out more about it? So far your experiences have been very emotional and intuitive, try and utilise the rational side of your brain as well to learn about what it means to be a witch and whether working as a crafter of magic appeals to you.
I think that even if you choose never to label yourself or to pursue witchcraft to any extent, you will always continue to experience a high level of precognition. Put to use in a structured formal practise this foreknowledge may serve you very well. It will involve some hard work - in my book there is no such thing as a witch who doesn't have to work at it - but the rewards could be spectacular and you'll learn a lot about yourself and your abilities in the process.
