No and I'm afraid I'm a little bit scathing of those who do. To me the Tarot is a guide to illuminate and aid discernment. It is an aid to meditation, a tool to prise open the mind and allow a person to consider different interpretations and options. It is not a cheap seaside trick to inform emotionally susceptible women that they are likely to meet tall dark handsome strangers.
The readings that I do offer insight, intuition and the opportunity for the querant to think for themselves and to view their life from different perspectives. I don't "tell" I guide and I advise. I get the odd querant who wants to be spoon fed and who prefers a display of "psychic" powers to an honest analysis of the future. Fair enough, I leave them to it. You'll find most serious practitioners of the craft avoid the seaside gypsy woman tricks. Its all too easy to manipulate the vulnerable, its a good deal harder to face up to the realities of your own life and confront the trials ahead. Unfortunately not everybody who encounters the Tarot is up to the challenge.
